The objective of this thesis is to give a recommendation for the Belgian Armed Forces leadership vision. The method of doing so is by comparing the three different countries, Sweden, Denmark and Australia's already existing military leadership visions, values and models. The aim however is not to show which one is the most effective but rather giving a few examples for the Belgium Armed Forces, both in what way they could use it as well as what it could contain. The result of the comparison show both differences and similarities. The recommendation are built up from the results and includes an example of a set of values.
