Abstract [sv]

Svenska Försvarsmaktens omstrukturerig har inneburit att underhålls- ochstödorganisationen har fått ny struktur och förändrade uppgifter med ett tydligt krav påfredsrationalitet.Syftet med uppsatsen är att ta fram en tydligare bild av dagens situation förMarkverkstäderna kopplat till deras roll i och/eller för Insatsorganisationen.Studien är framtidsinriktad, med kvalitativ metod och empiriskt genomförd i form avintervjuer och litteraturstudier. Den teoretiska utgångspunkten är den rationalistiskaorganisationsteorin och en egenutvecklad teorimodell.Resultatet visar att dagens resurser i Grundorganisationen inte räcker till för att klara avde behov som Insatsorganisationen har eller förväntas att komma med. Samt att ingaåtgärder är vidtagna för att lösa bristen.

Abstract [en]

Restructuring of the Swedish Armed Forces has involved changes in thestructure and tasks for the logistics and support organization, stating a clearpurpose; rationalisation in peacetime. The purpose of the essay is to provide aclearer picture of the situation today for the workshops, connected to their rolein/or for the combat units. The investigation also has a future perspective,using a qualitative method, and empirical work done through interviews andstudies of literature. The theoretical starting point is the rationalisticorganisation theory and my own developed theory model. The results of theinvestigation make it obvious that the resources in the peacetime organizationare not enough for what the combat units need, or are expected to need.Furthermore, that nothing has been done to solve the shortage.
