Abstract [en]
The changes in external position and the center of gravity of national defense still capable to international action represents a new mode for the Defence. This study looks back and explores the historical development from the 1940s and up until today how different management philosophies has worked for air reconnaissance and imagery intelligence in the tactical level.
Investigation relied in Thomas H. Hammond and his organization dilemma meaning there is no existing organization for intelligence organizations, it’s the circumstances that decide what organizational solution as is the best. Evidenced According to Hammond, the prevailing circumstances as determines what Intelligence cycle contributes to visualize in the organization of the various processes; planning, collection, dissemination and assessment.
The study concluded until the picture intelligence and air reconnaissance in the tactical level that the size of the organization is important.The Functional organization has been optimized for military intelligence organizations during the cold war and Centralized organizations could be more suitable for small organizations and decentralized or regional organizations are more suitable for big organizations.
